Most Pathetic organization i have seen so far, advice to all sr level guys, in case if you get an interview call , they will call you after 3 months for face to face and drag another 6 months to decide if they want to freeze on the candidate or not, as they want to keep looking at candidates, and when you ask them straight forward, the best reply they have is that the position has gone on hold. Please do not waste your time on this company, people are lethargic and are very confused. Kindly dont waste your time and energy

They had no concept of a HRBP or the functionality of the HR department , hence they were keen on knowing how the HRBP role adds value and what is the significance of the employee life cycle management. They also had no concept of the establishment of a competency process or designtion, and thought it was a miopic view and could be looked into later in an organization. what mattered was to simply connect with the employees and keep them happy and hire the right people
