Standards questions. They want to see you have strong employee relations experience, you're willing to work in the office 5 days a week, be there main go to, and go as far as work on weekend. They were not transparent about the schedule. Claimed they'd be open to having this person work on weekends as this is a 24 hour facility, know this company is competing with Amazon, I think you're better off at Amazon as they'll have better benefits and pay.
