In the phone interview, I was asked about basic knowledge about SAP e.g. what is it doing? what is the business? then I was asked why I chose to study in Germany and why I want to work in this position. In the face-to-face interview, questions came more naturally, based on the conversation with the interviewer. He asked me about HR basic knowledge and how to motivate people.
