Nothing was difficult, The interviewer allowed you to expound on your experience, your strengths, your challenges, your comfort level. Interviewer was very descriptive of the workplace and the support systems currently in place.

Before I even got an offer to interview for the position I had to take an online test created by Neuroladership Group. This wasn't nevessarily the hardest part of the interview process, but it makes you dive deep and think hard about your personality and how you react to the social environment in which you are in. I actually enjoyed it. The SCARF model is based on five social needs our brains have. Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Relatedness, and Fairness. I recommend that people take the test even if their not being interviewed.
