Can you you work unsupervised? Can you work from home (without help)? Describe a work conflict and how you handled it. Describe your coding experience. Are you ok to get mandatory vaccines? Are you ok to get a criminal background check (and will not be reimbursed for it)?
How well do you work with others and do you consider yourself a team player?
First and second interview was on the point and very smooth. Asked about previous experience and How you managed the pervious project. Then talked about their project and my role on it. Asked some questions like how will you react on those situations.
What is your experience in coding? Do you know how to do release of information? Would you feel comfortable doing just that?

How do you work under pressure/deadlines?
There wasn't much question at that time so I was very fortunate for this job, and I'm glad to be apart of the Sutter Health Employee.
