The supervisor said that he wasn't sure how to consider me, which I didn't understand. Perhaps he didn't understand that I had many years of experience, because I had no college degree, which seems to be important here for pretty much any position outside of cleaning.

No difficult question. Just ensure that you know how to answer questions about navigating from screen to screen, how to do screen shots, etc. Very LAID back and UNPROFESSIONAL

Most difficult question was "Can you describe a time you helped someone in need?". Looking back now it was a very simple question since it was my first real interview it did catch me off guard.
