Business case projects: - Regarding a strategy for email marketing, how would you think about the segmentation and automation for the customer journey in a company like Equal Food. Feel free to include not only the strategy itself but anything else related to the tech stack, ways of widening the funnels and whichever other steps of the customer journey since the first to the "last" interaction. - Think about 2-3 posts where you feel Equal Food could get a breakthrough in terms of engagement with the audience.
