I was asked questions such as how my previous experience would transition into my new position, how I felt about some of their current workplace norms, how I thought I'd fit in with the culture, etc. We also got around to some more fun, icebreaker type questions in the third interview.

What has been the most difficult design challenge you have encountered and how did you handle it?
Why do you want to work here?
Do you have any experience with financial documentation?
What would you do if you disagreed with a management decision?
