Phone interview: why KPMG, why audit, situation questions (e.g. how do you manage your work quality if you are going through a very tight deadline with an teammate left for personal reasons) Assessment centre: Virtual Office exercise, write an analysis report & role play - first one you will be talking to a client offering them recommendations on wt/how to improve their business as well as give some insight to the industry (energy industry for this case), second one is talk to manager reporting back wt happened in the meeting I applied in Oct, I passed all of the interview stages. Been waiting for the final interview for AGES until July finally i got a phone call but the date they provide i will be out of town, an rearrangement has not been made. Until Sept they say they finally got some more slots, however I already accepted and started working for EY already. I was really pissed off of the long wait of the final interview, upset too. I really wanted to get in KPMG since so far the ppl in the firm seemed really nice and sweet. However the length process makes me doubt the internal management and communication.
