1. Description of a chemical process and reaction was given and I was asked to design a PFD and apply appropriate controls. The questions mostly focused on the utilities, process controls and safety of the process. 2. In behaviour questions, I was asked questions about time management, team work, past experiences around the same. I used the Situation, Task, Approach and Result (STAR) method to answer the same. Beware you need to be prepared for the same and have some examples ready. On the spot answers never go well, at least personally.
