They asked a lot of questions about my experience and how I would apply it in a variety of different scenarios. It was very conversational and did not feel like a test type interview. They more were getting a feel for who I was and the type of experiences I had that I could bring to their company.

Had a question about working with students - Can I work with a student that has strong leadership skills or who might challenge the direction of program planning.

The interview took an unconventional route, with the hiring manager arriving slightly behind schedule and adopting a more impromptu style, focusing less on standard questions and more on an open dialogue.
