How do you manage a team?
Generic questions, like "tell me a time when you had a challenge at work" - softball type things. Some goodcop/badcop play in the onsite visit which was a little unprofessional.
There were no specific/traditional interview questions asked, it was mainly reviewing my wrk history and previous experiences.
How would you fix our problem?
All the interviews were very generic type of questions, how do deal with conflict, my management style, my previous work experience, etc...
