Generic questions, like "tell me a time when you had a challenge at work" - softball type things. Some goodcop/badcop play in the onsite visit which was a little unprofessional.
There were no specific/traditional interview questions asked, it was mainly reviewing my wrk history and previous experiences.
Situational and psychological.
I'm uncomfortable sharing the interview questions as everyone's experience may be different, and I feel that sharing some direct questions should be kept as propriety information. If I were to leave you with advice I would say, be prepared to talk a little bit of shop as you will likely be given a couple scenarios to respond to. If you have questions, ask. Also don't forget to talk about yourself. You have limited time to impress the team members and if you want this role your going to need to have the ability to manage part of the conversation.
