Was not a question of the hiring process, but after I had been there for over a year and my role was changed, I was asked why I couldn't do the job I was in (keep up with all the tasks) and told that others before me had been able to. Their training for my position was much less than adequate and I had the job of 2 people. I felt backed into a corner whenever they asked me why I couldn't do the job, like the explanation would not make sense or they wouldn't understand it.
Previous experience, how much I was paid in previous jobs, strong points, weak points, how quick I am to learn, and when I'm available to work.

As soon as I sat down the first question was "So what's this about?" in a rude way. I wish that I had known that not only was it a bizarre way to start an interview, it was also an insight into the personality of the company.
