There were 5 questions in the online video interview: 1. Why do you want to work for TFL? 2. What appealed to you about this scheme and why is this function important to the overall business? 3. Please tell us about a learning and development opportunity and why this benefitted you (either work, university or social, etc.) 4. Please tell us about a time when you've worked in a team 5. A unhappy customer on the underground due to delays from an event, what would you do? Finally, there was a time slot to add any further comments.
Video interview: 1. What do you know about TfL and why do you want to join. 2. Why do you want to join this programme in particular 3. Describe a learning and dev opportunity that you had (inside or outiside school) 4. How to deal with an upset passenger (what would you do) 5. Any additional comment you may have
Nothing difficult in terms of questions asked, however the process was long and very thorough. You must be okay with relocation to get the job, because they will relocate you to one of their locations across the country after the 6 month training program.
