There were no trick questions or anything difficult. Just a sincere desire to get to know me and my background to see if it was a good fit.
They started with the vague "tell us about yourself."
Mostly an easy conversation with hiring manager. Went great. Still rejected.
Have you ever missed a deadline, dropped the ball, or given the wrong advice, and if so, how did you recover?
General background questions. Very easy as folks seemed to be fairly inexperienced as in some startups.
