Questions regarding the resume, for example about the work structure at my previous employers. If you say you know some Japanese, you'll be tested on the spot. You'll be asked a question in Japanese and will have to respond in Japanese. What are of game development are you most interested in? What games would you like to make? What games do you like to play?
Online programming questions on data structures, binary tree.
Coding test: search algorithm, string manipulation, syntax, C++ OO (4 qns in 30 min) + database schema diagram (5min)
