General customer service questions regarding various situations. There are so many customer service questions, so be prepared to think of several strong examples that will impress the manager. Also, prepare questions to ask after the interview that will determine your interest for the position. They really want to see how much you want the job.
Give a specific example of a time when you exhibited integrity in the workplace when it was not easy to do.
