They ask very little. if you don't show up on drugs/drunk and Seem like you can halfway do the job they will hire you. we spent my entire interview just talking about Random Things that had nothing to do with the job. I have since watched them hire Very questionable people who don't usually work out.
Q: Are you able to work overnight and is that something you would be interested in?
