francesca's interview questions

I met with 2 different managers at Francesca's in 2 separate interviews. They asked me the typical retail interview questions

I saw an ad on craiglist.com and sent my resume. Some days later, the manager called me to set and interview wit me that very same day, which was impossible because of school. So the interview took place the next day. I showed up at the scheduled time but had to wait some minutes. The interview was long, like 40 minutes.The manager was nice and really young, probably younger than me . First thing she asked me was why I wanted to work there and if I had ever shopped there before, which unfortunately I hadn't since the company was opening anew store in my area. I guess that's what they didn't like it that much. At least I was honest. She told me they would check on my references and would give me a call if I had gotten the position, which never happened.
