A person from the HR department contacted me for an initial phone screening. That went well, and she immediately told me she wanted to set up an in person interview with the Area Manager. I had my second interview with the Area Manager and she was amazing. Later that afternoon after the interview, I received a phone call from the same woman in HR and she wanted to let me know that the Area Manager thought I did an amazing job and that the next step would to have a phone interview with the Regional Director. Two days later, I had my third and final phone interview with the Regional Director (she was almost 5 minutes late calling me... if that matter to anyone) and that ended up going well. She asked me a lot of questions about staffing, fashion trend, and wanted to hear about coaching opportunities. The conversation with the RD was about 40 minutes long. At the end she asked me if I had any questions, and I had a few. After she answered them, she told me that the HR woman would be in contact with me and basically this entire process would have a conclusion in 48 hours.
