It was extremely casual and fairly easy if you have the leadership experience. A lot of "what would you do in this situation" kind of questions. Before interviewing, the store manager and assistant manager both stated they were very interested in me for the position. I was called back and given an offer the day after I interviewed with the manager and was told I was her first choice. I asked for a a couple days to think about it and the manager told me that was fine. I called her back on the day I said I would (two days later) and she told me she ended up offering it to somebody else, which I thought was kind of rude. I understand it's based on business needs but if you're going to go on to the next person before the deadline you gave the first one, at least let the first person know so they don't have to call and find out themselves.
