The process went very quickly. I was offered a job within a few days of getting a phone call. The questions were fairy unexciting. They mostly just wanted to know about what kind of manager I would be. They were also very interested in whether I felt that it was alright for a manager to be friends with associates. This is something that they really, really do not agree with.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at francesca's (Burlington, MA) in Feb 2015
Interview
We sat in the mall, they asked what I did in my free time, if i would be willing to take another position, pretty quick, never asked many questions. Basically talked about my daily life. Had me talk to them about my outfits and what I wear generally and if I had good taste in fashion.

Question 1
Is there anything that would interfere with work?(vacation etc.)
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at francesca's (Houston, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied online through LinkedIn, and got a call from the boutique manager about a week later asking if I was still interested in doing an interview. Agreed on a time and date (about a week from the day of the call). Went in for the interview, manager asked a bunch of retail-related questions and then asked me to step out on the floor to sell an actual outfit to her. The whole process took about 30 minutes max, and said if I passed the background check I would be passed on to a phone interview with the District Manager. Within 2 days got a call from the DM, another 30 minute interview over the phone then said the boutique manager would call to let me know if I was hired for the position.
