francesca's interview questions

Took 2 months. Didn't think I got the job. I had to have 3 interviews. I think I only got it because everyone had quit before they offered me a job. It was hard because I didn't accept other job offers since I was in the process of getting hired here. It was hard waiting a whole two months.

I applied, and the next day I got a call from the manager asking me to come in for an interview . I went in 4 days later and we went into the back room into her office for the interview. She asked me about school and what hobbies I had and then started asking me about customer service and how I would answer customer questions or help someone find something. She then gave me an event to find a full outfit for and sent me into the store while she stayed in her office and then I came back a few minutes later with the outfit and she asked me why I picked it out/matched the things I picked out. Overall it was positive and she was really nice.
