I applied online. The process took about two weeks. I had an in store interview with the Assistant Boutique Manager. It lasted about one hour. At the end of the interview you are given a scenario in which you are to choose an outfit (accessories and all) and tell them why you feel that outfit goes well with it. The second interview was with the District Manager.

This was an easy and straightforward interview with Store Manager and District Manager. We sat down in the backroom of the store and talked about the position. They asked me the typical retail/customer experience interview questions.
