Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
Long - takes about an hour. It was much more intensive than I thought it would be, but the manager was great. She asked me questions about my experience, interests, and then had me walk around the store and compile an outfit. Afterwards, I explained why I chose the pieces that I did.
