Interviewed with two people on basic sales skills'customer service and experience. Wasn't toldup front about the pay, about the hours, about the corporate employees always coming in, about the investor visit, and about the insurance policy.
The interview process wasn’t that hard. It was two different interviews, one with the store manager, and one with the district manager. If you have experience you will do fine.

Question 1
Describe an experience you had to deal with a difficult employee and what was the end of result?
Received a call one day after applying online to set up an interview the next day with the manager. Asked some behavioral questions and how I manage co-workers. Then was asked to go to the floor interact with customers and pick an outfit. The interview lasted about 1 1/2 hours. Scheduled an interview with the District Manager a week later that didn't go very well she didn't even know what I was applying for and she appeared to be not very smart. It was just a complete waste of time.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral questions and how the way you manage.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at francesca's in Oct 2016
Interview
It took about 2 hours for the first interview. You go through the basic questions about business, customer service, etc. Then you have to role play the francesca's promise with the interviewing manager and then go to the sales floor and do it with guests. Which is kind of awkward when you don't know where the product is since this is an interview, and sometimes they'd ask you questions you did not really know the answer to for this specific store.
If they liked you they'd set you up with an interview with the DM which was either in person or over FaceTime. Mine was in person and its another about 2 hour long process. You did not have to role play with the DM but they go deeper in depth in business questions.
