Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at francesca's (New York, NY) in Jul 2016
Interview
So I applied online, then a few weeks later I called the store and ask if they were hiring and said yes and set up an interview for me the next day.
The manager interviewed me & asked me a lot of questions and some were really difficult to answer on the stop because some of them take some thinking but I said whatever came to my head. Then she later told me to pick out and outfit for an occasion and later then showed her why I picked out this outfit. She told me that they still had to interview other people so I would find out if I got it or not the next week. Luckily I got a call back from the same manager & she gave me the number for a second interview meeting with the district manager.
In the second interview I was on the phone with other girl from my school that I actually knew that was running for the position too. The district manager was very nice and asked questions a little bit different from the manager.
I got a call in two days from the manager saying that I got hired, and so did the other girl that was running for the position.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself (always the first question)
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.

Style an outfit head to toe for a bachelorette party in Las Vegas.
Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
