Met with store manager in the store. The interview was in the back room of the store which was very cramped & a bit odd. The actual interview was pretty good, I thought. More like a conversation about my past work history than just being asked questions off a sheet.

Very quick process took about one week. You have to go through two interviews to get the job regardless of position. Everyone was super friendly during the process. The interview was basic with pretty easy questions. Easier if you have retail experience prior. Need to make sure you are outgoing and energetic because those skills are needed in retail environment. Guest experience is a main focus for the company.
