Questions were very basic. Nothing regarding prior knowledge of foreclosure or mortgage industry. Questions only revolved around how I would handle situations with management or if I witnessed someone doing something unethical and how I would approach the issue.
They asked the correct questions, except I didn't understand why they would ask if I were in a confrontation with another employee how would I handle it. Again I thought that was a bit strange.
Is doing claims something you really want to do?
Have you ever seen a contract? This question was extremely rude considering that I have been a Realtor for over 15 years.

No real difficult questions they just want a feel of your personality and work ethic.
