All of the questions that were asked were very routine. None of them seemed unexpected or difficult.

Give an example of a time you made a mistake and the steps you took to correct it.
There wasn't any Difficult questions as their question are on a sheet of paper as a guideline and have no unique kind of questions. All questions pretty much start with "Tell me about a time..."

None of the questions were too hard, and it doesn't seem too difficult to obtain a job as a Target employee as long as you answer questions immediately, give well thought out and concise answers, and convey that you know what you're talking about. A lot of the questions for the Flow Team position were aimed at how you operate in team/group situations, which aren't hard to answer.
Tell me about a difficulty you had at a previous job and how did you overcome it.
