Very generic questions. If you ever interviewed before you should be fine.
What are your strengths and what as your weakness's? Can you be crosstrained Why do you want to work for target? When do you thinknits okay to call in sick?
There were often quesitons about how you helped a customer, but the position I applied to was overnight where I would not engage with any customers. I guess they were gauging if I was a friendly/helpful person.
What was a mistake you made and how did you fix it?
I didn't find any questions to be of any concern or difficult.
None, very simple for this position.
No difficult questions - all the standard questions - Why do you want to work at Target? Tell me about an experience when...? ... All generic questions read off of a stander sheet.
They had me interview one-on-one with three different people; it was all pretty straight-forward. The most difficult question was probably "what is your biggest weakness?" This was my first job interview, so I didn't really know what to expect and that one caught me off-guard.
They wanted to know like 4 strengths and weaknesses -- I usually only have about 2-3 in my head, so I had to scramble to say two more!
