1 case scenario question about an older individual who has COPD, left CVA, as well as Diabetes, HTN and is at risk of developing an ulcer. Would you, as pt flow coordinator, admit him to your LTLD program ? You also get a list of medications ( I can't remember them off the top of my head) and you are asked what they are used for and potential side effects. Rest of the questions are more of a general nature ( where do you see yourself in 5 years, what are your strengths/weaknesses, tells us a bit about your experience and why you're an ideal candidate, how have you dealt with a conflict in the past, how have you dealt with a situation in which you and your supervisor did not agree..etc).
