Behavioural Question: "If a customer wanted a specific size shoe in our department, but we do not have the item in stock, how would you handle this situation?" Explain a situation in which you dealt with customers/people. Explain a situation in which you were a team leader.
No questions were really difficult or unexpected. Questions were mostly along the lines of: "Tell me about a time when <insert random situation> happened. How did you handle the situation?"
The questions weren't that difficult but one that I had to think about for a second was "name a time you made a mistake, what did you do to fix it and what was the outcome."
Very easy questions they love if you smile a lot and be super happy. You have to like talking and helping people

Honestly, no difficult questions were asked.
Most difficult question was about the price matching. certain targets are different on its customer service policy.
No really unexpected questions. All questions were basic (and excellent questions to ask) about your experience, and how you would handle various customer service situations.
