Talk about any team leader and group experiences where you solved a problem, motivated your team members, or came up with a idea that worked. Focus on how it affected the team and achieved positive results. Study the interview questions that they will email you. Make sure you study FDIC's mission statement and MAKE SURE YOU ASK A QUESTION. I asked about the receivership branch of FDIC because I did not completely understand what it did. I also read an artificial about FDIC's involvement in a bank closing which was done by the receivership department. This impressed the interviewer. She was in complete shock about my question. I felt that I did horrible on the interview overall. But it was this question at the end that saved me. It showed that I was genuinely interested in FDIC's responsibilities.
