As it is Finance operations role, they didnt want to check my specialization or subject knowledge. They just wanted to check If I am a management guy overall. They just expected me to show that I am the right person for MBA. The role is for Assistant Manager(Operations) after 12 months training and hence they checked whether I have it in me to manage a 10+ member team after 1 year. They checked my professionalism and attitude.
