Why the hell they still ask your strengths and weakness questions?
Was more interested in me knowing about the company and expecting me show "passion" about the company
What do you know about interest rates and bonds and how they relate? What is your view on the economy in the coming year? Why are you interested in this job? What do you know about ADS? They care A LOT about being able to explain and speak to what you put on your resume and know when you are full of it, so don't fluff or put anything on it you aren't confident speaking about. Culture matters a lot here so be likeable, relaxed, and social. Don't act like you know everything- convey confidence, but acknowledge you have things to learn and are eager to do so.
