There are actually questions on finance, which threw me off. This is not a "behaviour-based" interview.
The interview questions were behavioral. Given a certain scenario, what would you do? "You are working in a project with a tight deadline. How do you make sure that the project is completed on time? What kind of tools would you use to assure team participation and successful project completion?"
