Why do you want to do this job?
I was interviewed by many staff members that are no longer there. But the most impressionable was the VP of Ops. I can't remember all of his questions but they were tough, though provoking questions on where I saw my self after leaving the organization.
They were all difficult questions but very welcoming.
None. I swear they don't care who you are, you will probably be hired on spot. You're basically easily disposable and easily replaceable with the amount of people desperate for jobs nationwide.
