Phone interviews: Primarily questions about why I wanted to work for Clif Bar and about my previous experiences in event marketing. -"Tell us a time where an event wasn't successful and what you learned from it" -"Tell us about a time when you had to think on the fly for an event" -"Tell us about a time when you dealt with a difficult customer. How did you respond?" In-person interview: Different event marketing scenarios were written out on paper. The interviewers left and gave me 15 minutes to read the questions and come up with my solutions. They returned and we discussed my answers.
