Most of the questions were set in a situation where I am faced either with more responsibility or in a difficult situation. They give u 2 answers on a sliding scale. The one end is always something crazy like I push myself no matter the cost or effect and the other something balanced like I evaluate the situation and look at what is feasible. I struggled my butt off as a visually impaired person, but yeah. I can't tell you if they want you to say that you'll give your entire life and soul to them or want to be a balanced person because I didn't get it and I struggled to answer anyways.
