The second involved a series of expected, but scripted questions which appeared I was also rated on, however they lead to conversations points about my experience, thoughts on the position and what they were looking for. The third conversation was more nuts and bolts into more detail of the job, expectations, company operations and future plans. This allowed me to describe comparable experiences in more detail and what I could bring to the table. The most interesting question was, "Describe constructive criticism you received in the past and how you improved upon that." Actually a good question.
