Q. Describe a specific day has a Operations Manager?
I was asked about problem solving within the office environment and also working with creative types.
They asked me about how I planned to solve the lack of motivation for the facilities team. Also, asked me about how I planned to solve the issue surrounding the age and problems within the dorms.
Tell us about yourself
The question that stuck with me is, "If you had to start your career all over again, what would you do differently?"
What salary are you looking for? Tell me about a time when... Tell me a bit about yourself?
Tell us a time you faced adversity and how you approached it and was it successful. Tell us a time you failed and what did you change afterwards.
There wasn't really much in the terms of questions. A few inquiries about how to handle different personalities.
Just regular behavioral questions... but I just got too nervous that day, stumbled too much.
