una entrevista muy pobre, obsesionados por saber mis expectativas salariales y no mis habilidades para saber si eran las adecuadas para el puesto. me preguntaron mi edad cuando esta claramente especificada en el cv y en algunos paises podria ser considerado como ilegal. Cuando pregunte cuales eran las necesidades del puesto me respondieron que las que estaban publicadas, yo podria decir lo mismo a sus preguntas "estan descritas en el cv"
1st interview - General questions about how to be success in the desired position, difficulties encountered in this industry and how to deal with. 2nd interview - Asked how many factories I had on hand, how could I take that position without too much experience in knit. What would I do if different customers of mine had delivery problems simultaneously, how should I allocate between them.
