Ask about wages. Every hour you work is paid at minimum wage including bank holidays which you are expected to work including Christmas day. Ask about enforced extra hours after your finishing time.
The interviewer spent less than 5 minutes asking about what skills I have. I told her I had a licence with 3 points and I'd done some delivery driving in another job. I was offered the job then and there and started the next day. I later found out that numerous people had turned the job down because of the hours and pay.
