Tell me about a time where you had to give orders to your group to get a job done, What did you do and how did you handle this situation?
"What kind people do you and don't you like to work with?" and "What was your favorite global team to work with (Asia, Europe, what country)?" Generally the questions were standard and related to my resume.
Lot of "Give me an example of a time when you..." questions. They want to hear real-life examples of how you have managed staff, dealt with conflict, and handled budgets.
Mostly behavior based questions, "what would you do if..."
Tell me about a time when you were faced with a customer that had a bad experience and how did you fix it.
What is your why? What gets you up in the morning?
