The cultural fit interview had normal questions like why are you applying, what are some of your weaknesses, what are some of your strengths. They asked me a lot of questions about hypothetical student scenarios. The technical interview consisted of a role play where the interviewer acted as a student, and I acted as a teacher who had to explain technical concepts to a beginner. A few questions were, "What is MVC?" and "What does reduce do in JavaScript?"
