Asked outdated questions...why should we hire you over someone else? geez, how can someone answer that question since I don't know any of the other candidates. At that level, you know what you are looking for and if the interviewee would fit into the culture of the company.

They didn't ask a lot of questions which I found peculiar. They did most of the talking.
