There were only general character and personality types of questions to me. Nothing technical. They need to train the people in staff positions to conduct better interviews. It was one of those experiences where the candidate does more of leading the conversation than the interviewer. They came totally unprepared and in at least 2 instances it seems like people were just pulled off of their desks and told to go talk to this person. What a debacle.
