They basically just described what projects I would be working on (and the grants that would fund me) and asked me if I had any questions about them. They asked me about a few positions on my resume and what programs I was familiar with.
It was a competency based interview so every question was accompanied by a scenario that I have encountered in my professional career
2 hr written test, including language proficiency and logic reason section (watching a video and summarizing talking points), an excel exercise on a sample budget and delivery table (involved the use of functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc. and drill-down analysis ), and the communication and business writing section (drafting a notice of arrangement to a colleague)
Some questions included: Please introduce yourself and give us an overview of your experience. What do you know about our organization? Why do you want to work for our organization? How would you facilitate a culture of MEL at the ISF? Provide examples of effective cross-cultural communication. Provide an example of a challenge you encountered at work and how you overcame it.
